LINKS
BETWEEN SD(B) AND EACH REGION
At our recent Board
Meeting we agreed that each member of the SD(B) Board would act as the
SD representative and link for one of the regions.
The hope is that each of us can attend the respective regional
meeting and keep you all in close touch with what is happening.
We will tell you more in our next Issue and maybe even treat you
to mug-shots of your allotted SD Trustee!

Talking of the August
Newsletter: we intend to publish a “bumper” issue reporting on
interesting SD activities / experiences at B.I.G 2002.
So look out for it and be kind to any of our roving reporters.
MUSICAL
OFFERINGS
Apart from the SDB
stall, Robert Millard’s Piano Recital: Rachmaninov & Liszt will be on sale and there
may be other Subud
composers and performers contributing a percentage of the
profits to SDB.
We can also inform you

APPEAL
We have circulated an
“Appeal poster” to your regional SDB
Trustee to distribute to each group at the next available
regional meeting / event. Please try to ensure that it is placed in a prominent
position for the group, or is seen by them.

Look out for and
join us in the WINGS’ WORKSHOP which will take place at B.I.G. on the
Saturday 17th August. Time and venue will be posted during
the Congress. This should
be a very good experience for us all.

We want to run an
attractive stall with wholly saleable goods.
NO scarves and jewellery - there is another stall doing these.
We
would welcome the following items:

Home-made jams, chutneys
·
Books in good condition: up to 1 medium-sized box full
·
Records in good condition: preferably in heavy-duty superstore
carrier-bags
·
Offer of an hour’s coaching session in your skill(s) or work
(proceeds to SDB)
·
Portrait (or caricature!) drawing, or scene sketches, for a few
hours (proceeds all or a percentage after materials deducted to SDB)
·
TIME to help run this stall so it can be a real success.
